| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáváním následujících dětských divadel: Minor, Divadlo Alfa a Naivní divadlo. Práce se zaměřuje na porovnání ze dvou hledisek, a to ekonomického a dramaturgického. Cílem je porovnání vybraných divadel a poukázání na hlavní odlišnosti mezi nimi. V teoretické části je věnována pozornost historii loutkového divadla, dále vymezení typologie divadel podle způsobu provozu, definici ekonomiky a dramaturgie divadla, definici dětského diváka na vývoji dítěte a v poslední řadě také historii a repertoáru jednotlivých divadel. Praktická část pak spočívá v analýze polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s ekonomy, případně řediteli a také dramaturgy vybraných divadel. Tyto rozhovory jsou následně doplněny o rozbor výročních zpráv za roky 2021 až 2023. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of the following children's theaters: Minor, Divadlo Alfa and Naivní divadlo. The work focuses on the comparison from two perspectives, economic and dramaturgical. The main focus is on pointing out the main differences between selected theaters. The theoretical part pays attention to the history of puppet theater, further to the definition of the typology of theaters according to the method of operation, the definition of the economy and dramaturgy of the theater, the definition of the child viewer on development of a child and finally the history and repertoire of individual theaters. The practical part then consists of the analysis of semi-structured interviews with economists or directors and dramaturgical staff of selected theaters. These interviews are subsequently supplemented by an analysis of annual reports for the years 2021 to 2023. |
