Diplomová práce se zabývá oceněním společnosti Photon Energy Group, jejíž hlavní podnikatelskou činností je výroba a dodávka elektrické energie z obnovitelných zdrojů, zejména ze solárních elektráren. Ocenění je provedeno na bázi tržních hodnot k datu ocenění 31. 12. 2022. V úvodu práce jsou stanoveny základní cíle, použité metody a struktura postupu práce. Následuje představení oceňovaného podniku, po němž je provedena strategická a finanční analýza. Další část se zaměřuje na identifikaci generátorů hodnoty a sestavení finančního plánu. Pro samotné ocenění byla zvolena výnosová metoda DCF entity, kterou doplňuje tržní metoda ve formě ocenění pomocí odvětvových násobitelů. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení výsledků. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the valuation of Photon Energy Group, whose main business activity is the production and supply of electricity from renewable energy sources, especially solar power plants. The valuation is based on market values as of the valuation date of 31 December 2022. The introduction of the thesis sets out the main objectives, the methods used and the structure of the thesis procedure. This is followed by an introduction of the valued company, after which a strategic and financial analysis is carried out. The next section focuses on the identification of value generators and the construction of a financial plan. For the valuation itself, the DCF entity income method was chosen, which is complemented by the market method in the form of valuation using sectoral multiples. The paper concludes with an evaluation of the results. |
