| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes and gives recommendations on future developments of CAPCOM Ltd company in Europe market using tools for analyzing internal and external environment. SWOT analysis, PEST analysis and POTER’s 5 forces analysis in this study evaluate the position of CAPCOM in the market and point out prospects for future development. The study provides strategic recommendations on increasing CAPCOM’s operational efficiency, improvements on customer engagement, reaching new target customers and achieving sustainable growth. |
