| Abstract: | Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní a objektivní pohled na finanční zdraví a strategickou pozici společnosti ARGO-HYTOS s.r.o. Teoretická část práce definuje klíčové pojmy a popisuje metody finanční a strategické analýzy. Praktická část práce aplikuje tyto metody na reálná data. Postupy zahrnují mimo jiné vertikální a horizontální analýzu, poměrové ukazatele a analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí společnosti. Výsledkem práce je identifikování silných a slabých stránek společnosti, a také hlavních příležitostí a hrozeb. Hlavními závěry jsou vysoká efektivita využití aktiv podniku, pokles výsledku hospodaření, růst v odvětví s hydraulikou a pokles na trhu se zemědělskými stroji. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this thesis is to provide a complex and objective look at the financial health and strategic position of ARGO-HYTOS s.r.o. company. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the methods for financial and strategic analysis. The practial part of this thesis applies these methods on actual data. The methods include, among others, vertical and horizontál analysis, financial ratios and company’s macro- and micro-enviroment analysis. The result of this thesis is the identification of strenghts and weaknesses, as well as the main opportunities and threats to the company. The main conclusions are the company’s high asset utilization, decline in company’s earnings, growth in the hydraulics sector and decline in the agricultural machinery market. |
