Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomického vývoje a návrhem finanční strategie společnosti TNS SERVIS s.r.o., která působí zejména v oblasti výroby pro automobilový a elektrotechnický průmysl. Cílem práce je posoudit finanční situaci podniku za období let 2020 až 2024 s využitím vybraných metod finanční analýzy a navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení jeho finanční stability. V teoretické části jsou popsány nástroje finanční analýzy, jako jsou absolutní a poměrové ukazatele, analýza pracovního kapitálu, DuPont rozklad a ekonomická přidaná hodnota (EVA). V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány na data společnosti a výsledky porovnány s průměrnými hodnotami odvětví CZ-NACE 27.1. Komparace je omezena na roky 2020 až 2023 z důvodu nedostupnosti odvětvových dat za rok 2024, přičemž firemní údaje za tento rok jsou předběžné. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou formulována konkrétní doporučení pro optimalizaci finanční strategie podniku. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the economic development and the proposal of a financial strategy for the company TNS SERVIS s.r.o., which operates primarily in the automotive and electrical engineering manufacturing sectors. The aim of the thesis is to assess the company’s financial situation for the period 2020 to 2024 using selected financial analysis methods and to propose measures for improving its financial stability. The theoretical part outlines tools of financial analysis, including absolute and ratio indicators, working capital analysis, the DuPont decomposition, and Economic Value Added (EVA). In the practical part, these methods are applied to the company’s financial data, and the results are compared with the industry averages based on the CZ-NACE 27.1 classification. The comparison is limited to the years 2020 to 2023 due to the unavailability of industry data for 2024, and the company’s data for 2024 is of a preliminary nature. Based on the analysis, specific recommendations are formulated to optimize the company’s financial strategy. |
