Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na srovnání tří pražských hudebních divadel – Hudebního divadla Karlín, Divadla Broadway a Divadla Hybernia. Zkoumá jejich právní formu, financování, dramaturgii a marketingové strategie. Výzkum vychází z rozhovorů s vedením divadel, analýzy návštěvnosti a dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty. Cílem je zjistit, jak způsob řízení jednotlivých divadel ovlivňuje umělecký provoz a návštěvnost. Práce identifikuje hlavní rozdíly mezi veřejnými a soukromými modely divadel a nabízí doporučení pro divadelní management. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on a comparison of three Prague musical theatres – Hudební divadlo Karlín, Divadlo Broadway and Divadlo Hybernia. It examines their legal status, sources of funding, dramaturgy, and marketing strategies. The research is based on interviews with theatre management, audience attendance analysis, and a student survey. The aim is to determine how the management model affects artistic operation and attendance. The thesis identifies key differences between public and private models of theaters and offers recommendations for theatre management practice. |
