| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou mikromanagementu a jeho vlivem na zaměstnance, především na pracovní výkon, motivaci a spokojenost. Cílem praktické části bylo zjistit, jak zaměstnanci vnímají mikromanagement a jaké na ně má dopady jeho praktikování od jejich nadřízených manažerů. Důraz byl kladen také na vliv důvěry a na dopady na pracovní prostředí. Pro realizaci výzkumu byl zvolen smíšený výzkumný přístup, který kombinoval dotazníkové šetření a polostrukturované rozhovory. Výsledky ukázaly, že mikromanagement má převážně negativní důsledky na pracovní spokojenost, zvyšuje míru stresu a snižuje motivaci a výkon zaměstnanců. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of micromanagement and its impact on employees, especially on job performance, motivation and satisfaction. The aim of the practical part was to find out how employees perceive micromanagement and what impact its practice has on them from their superiors. Emphasis was also placed on the impact of trust and the effects on the work environment. A mixed research approach was adopted to conduct the research, combining a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that micromanagement has predominantly negative consequences on job satisfaction, increases stress levels and reduces employee motivation and performance. |
