Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a identifikaci příležitostí ke zlepšení ve výrobě ve společnosti, která působí v oblasti dřevovýroby. Cílem je navrhnout změny vedoucí ke zlepšení výrobního procesu s využitím automatizace a prvků Průmyslu 4.0 a zhodnotit dopady změn. Teoretická část představuje vybrané nástroje Lean manufacturingu, zejména Cyklus PDCA, metody 5 WHY a 5S. V praktické části jsou tyto metody aplikovány při analýze změny procesů výroby, kde došlo ke změnách v uspořádání pracoviště, zařazení strojů s automatizací a prvků Průmyslu 4.0. Výsledkem je kratší čas výroby, snížení počtu zaměstnanců a lepší pracovní podmínky. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor´s thesis focuses on analysing and identifying opportunities for improvement in the production processes of a company operating in the wood manufacturing industry. The aim is to propose changes leading to improvements in the production process through the implementation of automation and Industry 4.0 elements, and to evaluate the impact of these changes. The theoretical part introduces selected Lean manufacturing tools, especially the PDCA cycle, the 5 WHY, and the 5S methods. In the practical part, these tools are applied in the analysis of production process changes, which included modifications to the workplace layout, the integration of automated machines, and Industry 4.0 elements. The results include a shorter production time, a reduced number of employees, and improved working conditions. |
