| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli anticipativní socializace v profesním vývoji jedinců vyrůstajících v rodinách herců a lékařů. Cílem je porovnat, jak specifické rodinné prostředí v těchto dvou profesních skupinách ovlivňuje volbu povolání. Výzkum analyzuje, do jaké míry je kariérní směřování v těchto rodinách výsledkem vědomého řízení nebo spíše nevědomého přenosu vlivu prostředí. Při výběru profese nehraje klíčovou roli přání rodičů, ale především prostředí, ve kterém dítě vyrůstalo. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis explores the role of anticipatory socialization in shaping the career trajectories of individuals raised in families of actors and medical doctors. The primary objective is to examine how the distinct family environments associated with these two professions influence occupational choice. The study investigates the extent to which career decision-making is guided by conscious parental direction versus the implicit transmission of professional values and norms through everyday family life. Findings suggest that the determining factor in career orientation is not parental expectations, but rather the formative influence of the professional environment in which the individual was socialized from an early age. |
