Zvyšující se množství šířených dezinformací celosvětově a obecně mylných informací ovlivňuje aktivity disaster managementu. Mylná informovanost lidí má negativní dopady na průběh řízení dopadů katastrof, a proto cílem bakalářské práce bylo stanovit doporučení pro efektivní krizovou komunikaci v době dezinformací a stanovit nejefektivnější strategie pro boj proti šíření mylných informací. Na dané téma byla zpracována rešerše teorie a praktická část se následně zaměřila na analýzu dat o vyvracených sděleních a informační potřebě, a na tematickou analýzu polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Na základě tohoto výzkumu byla doporučena rychlá, přesná, konzistentní a empatická krizová komunikace a strategie zapojující důkladné ověřování, oficiální komunikační kanály, vyvracení mylných sdělení, školení zaměstnanců, tvorbu mediálních týmů a předávání zkušeností. |

| Abstract: |
The increasing amount of disinformation and other false information spreading globally affects the activities of disaster management. When people are misinformed the processes of disaster management are negatively affected as a result. Therefore, the aim of this bachelor’s thesis was to recommend the most effective approaches to crisis communication in times of disinformation and misinformation crises, and to present strategies organisations can implement to fight the threat of false information spread. Relevant theory was compiled and then followed by an analysis of data about false information and information needs, and a thematical analysis of semi-structured interviews. Based on this research it was recommended crisis communication is fast, accurate, consistent and empathetic, and secondly recommended strategies included thoroughly verifying information, utilizing official communication channels, debunking, training workers, creating media teams and sharing experience. |
