Disaster management je nezbytně důležitý obor, protože účinné krizové řízení během krizových událostí zachraňuje životy lidí, majetek i životní prostředí. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí organizace Junák – český skaut při krizovém řízení v České republice. Hlavním cílem práce bylo analyzovat konkrétní příklady zapojení skautů do krizových situací a identifikovat jejich význam ve společnosti během krizových stavů. Pro naplnění tohoto cíle byly využity kvalitativní metody sběru dat, konkrétně polostrukturované rozhovory se zástupci skautské organizace. Výsledky provedeného výzkumu ukazují, že Junák – český skaut hraje významnou roli v poskytování efektivní pomoci a v koordinaci dobrovolníků během krizových událostí. Závěry dále poukazují na potenciál zefektivnění spolupráce skautské organizace s dalšími složkami krizového řízení a navrhují konkrétní opatření, která by mohla zvýšit efektivitu poskytované pomoci při budoucích krizových událostech. |

Disaster management is a crucial discipline, as effective crisis management during emergencies saves lives, property, and the environment. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the role of Junák – Czech Scout in crisis management in the Czech Republic. The main objective of the thesis was to analyse specific examples of Scouts’ involvement in crisis situations and to identify their significance in society during such events. To achieve this goal, qualitative data collection methods were used, namely semi-structured interviews with representatives of the scout organisation. The findings show that Junák – Czech Scout plays an important role in providing effective assistance and coordinating volunteers during crisis events. The conclusions highlight the potential for more efficient cooperation between the Scout organisation and other crisis management units and suggest specific measures to improve the effectiveness of assistance provided during future emergencies. |
