| Abstract: |
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj politického diskurzu o financování a podpoře kultury v České republice v letech 1993–2023. Prostřednictvím kvalitativní historicko-analytické metody a s využitím generativní umělé inteligence (model ChatGPT) analyzuje stenografické záznamy z jednání Poslanecké sněmovny Parlamentu ČR. Cílem práce je zmapovat hlavní tematické oblasti, ideové rámce a proměny postojů jednotlivých politických stran k otázkám kulturní politiky. Výsledky ukazují, že ačkoliv se diskurz v čase vyvíjel a reagoval na společenské a ekonomické změny (včetně krizí), opakovaně se objevovala témata podfinancování, institucionální nestability a potřeby systémových reforem. Práce rovněž reflektuje možnosti a limity využití AI nástrojů ve společenskovědním výzkumu. |

This Master’s thesis examines the evolution of political discourse on cultural funding and support in the Czech Republic from 1993 to 2023. Using a qualitative historical-analytical approach and generative artificial intelligence (ChatGPT), it analyses parliamentary transcripts from the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. The aim is to identify key thematic areas, ideological frameworks, and shifts in the positions of political parties regarding cultural policy. The findings reveal that while the discourse evolved over time and responded to societal and economic developments (including crises), recurring themes included underfunding, institutional instability, and the need for systemic reforms. The thesis also reflects on the potentials and limitations of AI tools in social science research. |
