| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá fragmenty vilové zástavby z konce 19. století dochované v obci Všenory. Věnuje se osobnosti Jana Nolče, podle jehož představ byla všenorská villegiatura tvořena, popisuje dnešní stav objektů, výkon památkové péče i praktické problémy spojené s jejich využitím. Výzkum není zaměřen jen na popis památkových hodnot či genia loci, ale věnuje se i aktuálním problémům obce, která se z bývalého letoviska stává běžným předměstským sídlem. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda lze hodnoty všenorské villegiatury využít pro posílení lokální identifikace a další rozvoj obce nebo může být villegiatura důvodem vývojové stagnace obce. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis is focused on fragments of villa architecture from the end of the 19th century preserved in the municipality Všenory. It focuses on the personality of Jan Nolč, according to whose ideas the Všenory villegiatura was created, describes the current state of the buildings, the performance of preservation of historical monuments and the practical problems associated with their use. The research is not only focused on the description of the monumental values or genius loci, but it also deals with the current problems of the village, which is turning from a former rich resort into a regular suburban settlement. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether the values of the villegiatura of Všenory can be used to strengthen the local identification and further development of the village or whether the villegiatura may be the reason for the developmental stagnation of the municipality. |
