Práce se zabývá návrhem podnikatelského plánu pro divadelní bar, který má vzniknout v přímé blízkosti prostorů divadla v pražském Braníku. Cílem je zjistit, zda je projekt v zamýšlené podobě z provozního hlediska realizovatelný. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy spojené s podnikáním, tvorbou podnikatelského plánu, specifiky propojení kultury a gastronomie a principy udržitelnosti. Praktická část se opírá o kombinaci dotazníkového šetření, rozhovoru a komplexního pozorování, které sloužily k analýze trhu, zákaznických preferencí a provozních možností. Na základě těchto zjištění je navržen konkrétní koncept fungování divadelního baru a identifikována hlavní rizika spojená s jeho realizací. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis deals with the design of a business plan for a theatre bar to be built in the immediate neighborhood of the theatre in Braník, Prague. The aim is to determine whether the project in its intended form is feasible from an operational point of view. The theoretical part defines the key concepts related to entrepreneurship, the creation of a business plan, the specifics of the link between culture and gastronomy and the principles of sustainability. The practical part relies on a combination of questionnaire survey, interview and comprehensive observation to analyze the market, customer preferences and operational possibilities. Based on these findings, a specific concept for the operation of a theatre bar is proposed and the main risks associated with its implementation are identified. |
