Tématem této diplomové práce je řízení mezinárodních týmů ve vybrané organizaci, které se probírá z hlediska komunikace, motivace a koordinace jako klíčových faktorů jejich efektivity. Hlavním cílem práce je návrh doporučení pro efektivní řízení mezinárodních pracovních týmů ve společnosti PSA BDP, která se věnuje poskytování globálně integrovaných logistických řešení. Naplnění tohoto cíle probíhá na základě analýzy teoretických a praktických přístupů, které zahrnují zlepšení metod komunikace, motivace a koordinace pro dosažení vyšší efektivity týmů. Teoretická část se věnuje základním pojmům jako pracovní tým, mezinárodní pracovní tým, specifika jeho řízení, kulturní dimenze a kulturní bariéry. V praktické části je představena zvolená společnost a je provedena analýza jejich mezinárodních týmů. Zjistilo se, že řízení těchto týmů je nastaveno dobře, i když existují určité slabiny v oblasti digitální komunikace a synchronizace práce napříč regiony. Pro jejich odstranění jsou v práci navržena doporučení ke zlepšení. |

| Abstract: |
The topic of this thesis is the management of international teams within a selected organization, examined through the lens of communication, motivation and coordination as key factors of their effectiveness. The main objective of the thesis is to propose recommendations for the effective management of international work teams in the company PSA BDP, which provides globally integrated logistics solutions. This objective is achieved through an analysis of theoretical and practical approaches, focusing on the improvement of communication methods, motivational strategies and coordination processes to enhance team efficiency. The theoretical part addresses key concepts such as work teams, international work teams, specifics of their management, cultural dimensions and cultural barriers. The practical part introduces the selected company and analyzes its international teams. The findings show that the management of these teams is generally well-structured, although there are certain weaknesses in the areas of digital communication and work synchronization across regions. To address these issues, the thesis proposes a set of improvement measures. |
