Předmětem bakalářské práce je Společenský dům v Neratovicích, který slouží od 70. let a dodnes tvoří důležitou součást kulturní infrastruktury města. S ohledem na jeho technický stav, energetickou náročnost a provozní limity však vyvstává otázka jeho budoucnosti. Cílem práce je zmapovat aktuální využití objektu, identifikovat hlavní problémy a navrhnout realistické scénáře dalšího rozvoje. Práce srovnává možné varianty budoucího fungování domu – od zachování současného stavu v rámci úsilí o zápis na seznam kulturních památek, až po demolici. Podrobněji jsou zpracovány dvě reálné varianty: přesun části agend úřadu do nové budovy (PPP projekt) nebo využití uvolněných prostor v městské budově úřadu práce. Výstupem je návrh doporučení pro město a přehled možností budoucího využití objektu. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the Community Centre in Neratovice, which has been in operation since the 1970s and continues to form an important part of the town’s cultural infrastructure. Given its technical condition, energy demands and operational constraints, questions arise about its future. The aim of the thesis is to map the current use of the building, identify the main problems and propose realistic scenarios for further development. The thesis compares potential future functions of the centre – ranging from maintaining the current state and pursuing heritage listing to considering demolition. Two realistic options are examined in more detail: the relocation of municipal office departments to a new building (PPP project), or the use of vacated premises in an existing municipal property. The outcome is a set of recommendations for the town and an overview of possible future uses of the building. |
