| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodné strategické kroky pro mikropodnik Klatovská Sportovní, aby došlo ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. K dosažení tohoto cíle byly využity nástroje strategické analýzy. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny použité analýzy a metody, kterými jsou PEST analýza, analýza konkurence, Porterův model 5 sil, konkurenční výhoda, VRIO analýza, hodnotový řetězec, Porterovy generické konkurenční strategie a SWOT analýza. Praktická část aplikuje tyto teoretické poznatky na zaměřený podnik. V rámci metodologie byl využit kvalitativní výzkum v podobě pozorování. Zjištěné poznatky jsou v závěru práce zhodnoceny a navržena doporučení na zlepšení pozice podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose appropriate strategic steps for the micro-enterprise Klatovská Sportovní in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. In order to achieve this goal, the tools of strategic analysis were used. The theoretical part defines the analyses and methods used, which are PEST analysis, competitive analysis, Porter's 5 forces model, competitive advantage, VRIO analysis, value chain analysis, Porter's generic competitive strategies and SWOT analysis. The practical part applies this theoretical knowledge to a focused enterprise. Qualitative research in the form of observations was used as part of the methodology. The findings are evaluated at the end of the thesis and recommendations are proposed to improve the position of the enterprise. |
