Tento výzkum si klade za cíl prozkoumat, jak může procesní dolování (Process Mining) zlepšit, nebo naopak nezlepšit, metodiky Lean Six Sigma při řízení procesu správy blokovaných objednávek ve společnosti X. Toto bude provedeno porovnáním samostatného použití Lean Six Sigma s integrovaným přístupem kombinujícím Lean Six Sigma a procesní dolování. |
