Práce se věnuje novele zákona o audiovizi, která vešla v platnost 1. ledna 2025, a snaží se předvídat její dopady na oblast české kinematografie. Práce se opírá o teoretický základ, skládající se z přehledu historie legislativy týkající se kinematografie na území České republiky, popisu průběhu vzniku kinematografického díla a představení veřejné podpory kinematografie v evropském i národním měřítku. Praktická část vychází z pěti hloubkových rozhovorů s významnými osobnostmi české kinematografie a přináší zhodnocení dopadů na jejich profese a zhodnocení dopadů na kinematografii, které v souvislosti se zavedením novely očekávají. Zároveň představuje jejich celkové postoje ke změně audiovizuálního zákona, která zahrnuje i transformaci Státního fondu kinematografie na Státní fond audiovize. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the amendment to the Audiovisual Act, which came into force on 1 January 2025, and tries to predict its impact on Czech cinematography. The thesis is based on a theoretical basis, consisting of a presentation of the history of legislation concerning cinematography in the Czech Republic, a description of the process of production of audiovisual works and an introduction to public support of cinematography in European and national context. The practical part is based on five in-depth interviews with important industry personalities of Czech cinematographic environment and provides an assessment of the impact on their professions and an evaluation of the impact on cinematography that they expect in connection with the introduction of the amendment. It also presents their overall attitudes towards the change of the Audiovisual Act, which includes the transformation of the Czech Film Fund into the Czech Audiovisual Fund. |
