Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou motivace neprofesionálních hráčů basketbalu, tedy hráčů, kteří za svou sportovní činnost nejsou placeni, nebo pro ně finanční odměna nepředstavuje hlavní zdroj příjmů. Práce aplikuje principy personalistiky na vedení sportovních týmů. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní motivační faktory neprofesionálních basketbalistů a poskytnout trenérům a manažerům nástroje pro efektivní práci s motivací hráčů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní problematiku motivace v kontextu sportu a představuje klíčové motivační teorie. Praktická část pak obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum provedený formou dotazníkového šetření, jehož cílem je získat data o konkrétních faktorech ovlivňujících motivaci hráčů. Výsledky této práce mohou pomoci sportovním manažerům a trenérům lépe porozumět potřebám a očekáváním neprofesionálních hráčů a navrhnout efektivní strategie vedení týmů. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis deals with the analysis of motivation of non-professional basketball players, i.e. players who are not paid for their sport activities or for whom financial remuneration is not the main source of income. The thesis applies the principles of HRM to the management of sports teams. The aim of the work is to identify the main motivational factors of non-professional basketball players and to provide coaches and managers with tools for effective work with player motivation. The theoretical part focuses on the basic issues of motivation in the context of sport and introduces key motivational theories. The practical part then includes quantitative research conducted in the form of a questionnaire survey to gather data on specific factors influencing player motivation. The results of this work can help sports managers and coaches to better understand the needs and expectations of non-professional players and to design effective team management strategies. |
