| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kulturním potenciálem města Buštěhrad, přičemž zkoumá jeho infrastrukturu, aktéry, kulturní nabídku a překážky dalšího rozvoje. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jaké možnosti město v oblasti kultury nabízí, co tento potenciál podporuje a co jej naopak limituje. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení klíčových pojmů jako je kulturní potenciál, infrastruktura nebo kulturní turismus. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech, analýze dokumentů a vlastním pozorování. Výsledky ukazují, že kulturní život v Buštěhradě je výrazně formován aktivitou místních obyvatel a spolků, avšak čelí strukturálním i personálním limitům. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována buštěhradskému zámku, který představuje středobod kulturní infrastruktury i symbolický prostor pro budoucí rozvoj. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis focuses on the cultural potential of the town of Buštěhrad. It explores the town’s cultural infrastructure, key actors, range of cultural activities, and the barriers to further development. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the opportunities Buštěhrad offers in the cultural field, as well as the factors that either support or limit its potential. The theoretical part defines essential concepts such as cultural potential, infrastructure, and cultural tourism. The practical part is based on qualitative research involving semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and direct observation. The findings indicate that Buštěhrad's cultural life is strongly shaped by civic engagement and local associations, but it also faces structural and human resource limitations. Special attention is given to the Buštěhrad chateau, which serves as a central cultural space and a symbolic site for future development. |
