| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aplikací procesu Due Diligence na sportovní subjekt, konkrétně na společnost FC Zbrojovka Brno, a.s., v kontextu potenciální fúze či akvizice. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat klíčová rizika a příležitosti spojené s investicí do profesionálního fotbalového klubu a poskytnout komplexní obraz o jeho finanční, právní, sportovní a komerční situaci. Práce vychází z teoretického rámce Due Diligence v oblasti M&A transakcí, který je následně aplikován na specifika sportovního prostředí, jako jsou hodnota značky, sportovní výkonnost, struktura příjmů nebo vztahy s fanoušky a sponzory. Metodicky práce kombinuje analýzu účetních výkazů, přehled právních dokumentů a smluv, posouzení obchodního modelu a strategickou analýzu. Výsledkem je ucelené zhodnocení investičního profilu klubu včetně doporučení pro potenciálního investora. Práce přináší teoretický přínos v podobě adaptace nástroje Due Diligence na specifický typ cílové společnosti a praktický přínos v podobě využitelného závěru pro rozhodování v oblasti investic do sportovního sektoru. |
