Cílem práce je prozkoumat specifické rysy prostředí České republiky ve vztahu k fungování sdílených prostorů a na základě zkušeností zakladatelů a provozovatelů těchto iniciativ přijít s návrhy či doporučeními, jak v budoucnu jejich vznik a rozvoj podporovat. Práce vychází z teoretického konceptu common space, navazuje na myšlenky Elinor Ostromové a Stavrose Stavridese a prostřednictvím příkladů fungujících common spaces v zahraničí přináší teoretický rámec, pomocí kterého jsou v praktické části práce zkoumána specifika prostředí České republiky. Výzkum se skládá z rešerše veřejně dostupných zdrojů a z rozhovorů se zakladateli a provozovateli vybraných iniciativ, které odpovídají konceptu common space. Z výsledků výzkumu je možné vyvodit, že v České republice existuje vhodné prostředí pro vznik a fungování sdílených prostorů, a do jisté míry se lze inspirovat úspěšnými příklady ze zahraničí. Existují však překážky, zejména v oblasti spolupráce s institucemi a nedostatku finančních a lidských zdrojů, které mohou brzdit další rozvoj těchto iniciativ. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of the thesis is to examine the specific features of the environment of the Czech Republic in relation to the functioning of common spaces and, based on the experience of the founders and operators of these initiatives, to come up with proposals or recommendations on how to support their formation and development in the future. The thesis is based on the theoretical concept of common space, builds on the ideas of Elinor Ostrom and Stavros Stavrides and through examples of functioning common spaces abroad provides a theoretical framework through which the specifics of the environment of the Czech Republic are examined in the practical part of the thesis. The research consists of a review of publicly available sources and interviews with founders and operators of selected initiatives that correspond to the concept of common space. From the results of the research it is possible to conclude that there is a suitable environment for the formation and operation of common spaces in the Czech Republic, and to some extent it is possible to draw inspiration from successful examples from abroad. However, there are obstacles, especially in the area of cooperation with institutions and lack of financial and human resources, which may hinder the further development of these initiatives. |
