Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou financování nezávislého divadelního provozu v České republice. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na popis typologie divadelních institucí a systém veřejného i soukromého financování kulturního neziskového sektoru. Praktická část je zpracována formou případové studie divadelního souboru Tygr v tísni a analyzuje, jak provozní ekonomika ovlivňuje jeho fungování. Výzkum vychází z rozhovorů s klíčovými členy vedení souboru a z analýzy finančních dokumentů. Cílem práce je zodpovědět otázku, do jaké míry provozní ekonomika limituje kreativní svobodu a dlouhodobou stabilitu nezávislého uměleckého subjektu. |

This thesis explores the issue of funding for independent theatre operations in the Czech Republic. The theoretical section outlines the typology of theatre institutions and analyses the system of public and private financing in the cultural non-profit sector. The practical section is based on a case study of the theatre ensemble Tygr v tísni and examines how operational economics influence its functioning. The research draws on interviews with key members of the ensemble’s leadership and on an analysis of financial documents. The main objective is to determine to what extent operational economics limit the creative freedom and long-term stability of an independent artistic entity. |
