| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je se zabývat problematikou genderového rozdílu mezi muži a ženami v top managementu. Je to jednou z hlavních témat současného firemního prostředí. Dále se bude zaměřovat na odhalení bariér, s kterými se žena stýkává při dosahování vedoucích pozic. Klíčovými body budou genderové rozdíly, jak se žena cítí ve vyšších pracovních pozicích a současná situace v ČR. S jakými překážkami se setkávají a zdolávají ženy. Poté na základě analýzy, se budou odhalovat a předkládat klíčové překážky o aktuálním stavu percepce genderové rovnosti v managementu a na pracovním trhu. Posléze proběhne diskuse v porovnání empirické části s teoretickým předpokladem. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to address the issue of gender differences between men and women in top management. It is one of the major issues in the current corporate environment. It will also focus on uncovering the barriers that women face in achieving leadership positions. The key points will be gender differences, how women feel in senior positions and the current situation in the country. What are the barriers women face and overcome. Then, based on the analysis, key barriers will be revealed and presented about the current state of perception of gender equality in management and the labour market. Afterwards, a discussion will take place comparing the empirical part with the theoretical assumption. |
