| Abstract: | Cílem práce bylo analyzovat a porovnat přístupy k zakládání start-upů v tradičním podnikatelském prostředí a kryptoměnovém ekosystému se zaměřením na financování, marketing a adaptabilitu. Teoretická část charakterizuje obě prostředí, zatímco v praktické části byly využity polostrukturované rozhovory se zakladateli start-upů, následované tematickou analýzou jejich zkušeností. Kryptoměnové odvětví se celkově vyznačuje vyšší dynamičností, takže adaptace na změny trhu musí být výrazně rychlejší. Závěry práce zdůrazňují, že i když každé prostředí přináší specifické výzvy, klíčové faktory úspěchu jsou flexibilita, důvěryhodnost a schopnost pohotově reagovat na změny. Práce nabízí praktické poznatky, aby podnikatelé a investoři lépe porozuměli specifickým výzvám a příležitostem tradičního i kryptoměnového podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis was to analyze and compare approaches to founding start-ups in traditional business environments and the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with a focus on financing, marketing, and adaptability. The theoretical section characterizes both environments, whereas the practical section utilized semi-structured interviews with start-up founders, followed by a thematic analysis of their experiences. Overall, the cryptocurrency sector is characterized by greater dynamism, necessitating significantly faster adaptation to market changes. The conclusions of the thesis emphasize that although each environment presents specific challenges, flexibility, credibility, and the ability to swiftly respond to changes are key success factors. The thesis offers practical insights for entrepreneurs and investors to better understand the specific challenges and opportunities of both traditional and cryptocurrency-based businesses. |
