| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pracovními hodnotami a preferencemi generace Z co se týče faktorů ze strany firmy a zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Cílem bylo navrhnout pracovní prostředí, které přiláká pracovníky z této generace. Teoretická část se zabývá generací Z, teoriemi hodnot od Schwartze a faktory ze strany firmy jako pověst firmy, smysluplnost práce atd. Analytická část se zabývá kvantitativním dotazníkovým výzkumem. Výsledky ukazují, že generace Z preferuje do jisté míry všechny pracovní hodnoty i faktory ze strany firmy. Nejvíce důležité jsou však intrinsické hodnoty, dále smysluplnost práce, a z benefitů flexibilní pracovní doba a home office, ale také zdravotní benefity. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on preferences of work values, factors concerning the company and employee benefits from Generation Z perspective. The aim of this thesis was to design a work environment that will attract workers from this generation. The theoretical part deals with Generation Z, Schwartz's value theories and company-side factors such as firm reputation, meaningfulness of work etc. The analytical part consists of a quantitative questionnaire research. The results show that Generation Z, to some extent, prefers all work values and factors concerning the company. However, the most important are intrinsic values, meaningfulness of work, and benefits such as flexible working hours and home office, as well as health benefits. |
