Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit přínosy a limity dotačního systému na obnovu kulturních památek v České republice s použitím příkladu obnovy věže státního hradu Švihov. Práce představuje legislativní rámec památkové péče, roli Ministerstva kultury ČR a Národního památkového ústavu a popisuje dostupné dotační programy, jejich podmínky a administrativní náročnost. Praktická část prostřednictvím případové studie analyzuje průběh obnovy věže na hradě Švihov, využití dotačních prostředků a dopady projektu. Zkoumá také překážky čerpání dotací a rozdíly v rozdělování finančních prostředků. Výsledky výzkumu vedou k návrhům na zlepšení systému, zejména v oblasti transparentnosti, plánování a udržitelnosti památkové péče. |

| Abstract: |
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to evaluate the benefits and limitations of the grant system for the restoration of cultural monuments in the Czech Republic, using the example of the restoration of the tower of the state castle Švihov. The thesis presents the legislative framework of heritage preservation, the role of the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the National Heritage Institute, and describes available grant programs, their conditions, and administrative demands. The practical part, through a case study, analyzes the restoration process of the tower at Švihov Castle, the use of grant resources, and the outcomes of the project. It also examines obstacles in accessing grants and disparities in the distribution of financial resources. The research results lead to recommendations for improving the system, particularly in the areas of transparency, planning, and sustainability of heritage care. |
