| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na roli sklářského řemesla v kontextu ekonomického a kulturního rozvoje města Jablonec nad Nisou a širšího libereckého regionu. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, jak může sklářství přispět k regionální prosperitě a současně napomáhat zachování kulturní identity tohoto území. Práce analyzuje přínosy sklářského průmyslu pro místní ekonomiku i jeho význam jako součásti kulturního dědictví. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a přibližuje historický i současný význam sklářství v regionálním kontextu. Praktická část vychází z kombinace kvalitativních a kvantitativních dat získaných prostřednictvím rozhovorů s odborníky, dotazníkového šetření a analýzy dostupných dokumentů. Na základě zjištění jsou navržena opatření, která by mohla přispět k dlouhodobému rozvoji sklářského řemesla, udržení jeho tradice a podpoře regionálního rozvoje. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor's thesis focuses on the role of glassmaking in the context of the economic and cultural development of the city of Jablonec nad Nisou and the broader Liberec region. The aim of the thesis is to assess how glassmaking can contribute to regional prosperity while simultaneously helping to preserve the cultural identity of the area. The thesis analyzes the benefits of the glass industry for the local economy as well as its significance as part of the region’s cultural heritage. The theoretical section defines key terms and outlines the historical and current importance of glassmaking in the regional context. The practical section is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative data obtained through expert interviews, a questionnaire survey, and an analysis of available documents. Based on the findings, measures are proposed that could support the long-term development of glassmaking, the preservation of its tradition, and the promotion of regional development. |
