| Abstract: |
Práce se věnuje analýze a optimalizací přepravních procesů v distribučním centru společnosti Kaufland. Teoretická část vymezuje principy logistického řízení, štíhlé logistiky a nástroje jako Lean analýza a Network Design Optimization. Praktická část zahrnuje mapování reálného toku zboží mezi skladovými zónami a expedičními rampami, identifikaci úzkých míst a návrh pěti variant zlepšení. Pomocí multikriteriálního hodnocení a Cost-Benefit analýzy bylo jako nejvýhodnější řešení doporučeno zavedení buffer zóny, která při minimálních nákladech výrazně zvyšuje plynulost a efektivitu provozu. Výsledky potvrzují, že i dílčí úpravy layoutu a přepravních tras mohou mít zásadní dopad na celkovou výkonnost distribučního systému. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of transport processes within the distribution center of the company Kaufland. The theoretical part outlines the principles of logistics management, lean logistics, and tools such as Lean analysis and Network Design Optimization. The practical part includes mapping the actual flow of goods between storage zones and dispatch ramps, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing five improvement variants. Through multi-criteria evaluation and cost-benefit analysis, the implementation of a buffer zone was recommended as the most advantageous solution, significantly increasing the smoothness and efficiency of operations at minimal cost. The results confirm that even partial adjustments to layout and transport routes can have a substantial impact on the overall performance of the distribution system. |
