Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou trendu růstu manažerských pozic v organizacích a jeho dopadem na výkonnost podniku a efektivitu práce manažerů. Cílem bylo identifikovat hlavní příčiny tohoto jevu a zhodnotit jeho pozitivní i negativní důsledky v rámci organizační struktury. K dosažení stanoveného cíle byla využita kombinace kvantitativního výzkumu ve formě dotazníkového šetření a kvalitativního výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Pro analýzu výsledků kvantitativního výzkumu byly použity statistické ukazatele a pro zpracování kvalitativních dat byla aplikována tematická analýza. Na základě analýzy dat získaných těmito metodami bylo možné zodpovědět stanovené výzkumné otázky a navrhnout celkem pět doporučení, která by měla přispět k optimalizaci manažerských struktur a současně omezit negativní dopady spojené s nadměrným počtem manažerů. |

| Abstract: |
Bachelor thesis focuses on analyzing the trend of increasing managerial positions in organizations and its impact on business performance and managerial work efficiency. The aim was to identify the main causes of this phenomenon and assess both its positive and negative consequences within the organizational structure. To achieve this goal, a combination of quantitative research in the form of a questionnaire survey and qualitative research through semi-structured interviews was applied. Statistical indicators were used to analyze the results of the quantitative research, while thematic analysis was employed to process qualitative data. Based on the data analysis using these methods, it was possible to answer the research questions and formulate five recommendations aimed at optimizing managerial structures and reducing the negative impacts of excessive managerial growth. |
