Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a zlepšení administrativních procesů v rámci silniční logistiky ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou rozpracovány hlavní pojmy v rámci řízení logistických toků, principy digitalizace a Lean managementu, legislativní rámec silniční dopravy, dopravní dokumentace a metodiky zlepšování procesů. Praktická část se opírá o detailní analýzu současného stavu zpracování přepravní dokumentace a identifikuje hlavní slabá místa tohoto procesu. Na základě zjištění je navržen digitalizovaný model s využitím digitálních nástrojů, jehož cílem je zefektivnit administrativní operace, snížit časové ztráty a zvýšit transparentnost přepravních dat |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and optimization of administrative processes in road logistics within the company HOPI s.r.o. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to logistics flow management, digitalization, Lean management, the legislative framework of road transport, and transport documentation. It also examines methodologies for process improvement. The practical part presents a detailed analysis of the current state of transport documentation processing, identifying major bottlenecks in the process. Based on the findings, a digital model is proposed, utilizing modern digital tools with the aim of increasing administrative efficiency, reducing time losses, and enhancing the transparency of transport data. |
