Diplomová práce se zabývá kvalitativní analýzou slabých stránek inovační výkonnosti v České republice. Hlavním cílem je identifikovat klíčové bariéry rozvoje inovací a navrhnout opatření pro jejich překonání. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s inovacemi, inovačními systémy a faktory ovlivňujícími inovační výkonnost. Praktická část využívá kvalitativní výzkum, založený na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s experty z veřejného i soukromého sektoru. Výzkum odhalil, že mezi hlavní slabé stránky inovační výkonnosti a ekosystému ČR patří roztříštěnost systému, nekoordinovanost, slabé vedení, kulturní nastavení, odlišné vnímání rolí aktérů a nedostatečná podpora spolupráce. Práce rovněž poukazuje na potenciál inovačních institucí (např. JIC) a inspiraci ze zahraničních modelů (Estonsko, Irsko). Navržená opatření zahrnují posílení koordinace, zlepšení strategického řízení, podporu spolupráce a změnu mentality. |

| Abstract: |
This thesis explores the qualitative analysis of the weak points of the innovation performance of the Czech Republic. The main goal is to identify key barriers to the development of innovations and to propose measures for their overcoming. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to innovations, innovation systems and factors influencing innovation performance. The practical part uses qualitative research based on semi-structured interviews with experts from the public and private sectors. The research revealed that the main weak points of the innovation performance and ecosystem of the Czech Republic include system fragmentation, lack of coordination, weak leadership, cultural setting, different perceptions of the roles of actors and insufficient support for cooperation. The thesis also points out the potential of innovation institutions (e.g., JIC) and inspiration from foreign models (Estonia, Ireland). The proposed measures include strengthening coordination, improving strategic management, supporting cooperation and a change of mindset. |
