Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem postavení žen v managementu kultury. Analyzuje genderovou nerovnost, výzvy a bariéry, které se staví ženám ve vedoucích pozicích do cesty. Součástí je výčet dosavadních zjištění v oblasti genderové nerovnosti v arts managementu. V analytické části představuje pohled jedenácti žen působících na vedoucích pozicích v kultuře na danou problematiku. Na základě poznatků z teoretické části a výpovědí respondentek přináší doporučení pro kulturní organizace s cílem podpory žen v profesním růstu. |

This thesis explores the position of women in cultural management. It analyzes gender inequality and the challenges and barriers women face in leadership roles. It includes an overview of existing research on gender inequality within arts management. The analytical section presents the perspectives of eleven women holding leadership positions in the cultural sector. Based on the findings from the theoretical framework and respondents' insights, the thesis provides recommendations for cultural organizations to support the professional development of women. |
