Bakalářská práce se zabývá nevyužívanými nemovitými kulturními památkami a možnostmi jejich zhodnocení. Práce se konkrétně zabývá zámkem Březina na Rokycansku. Popisuje příčiny nevyužívání kulturních památek a identifikuje možné zdroje veřejného financování na jejich obnovu. Hodnotí historickou, ekonomickou a kulturní hodnotu zámku Březina. Analyzuje příklady dobré praxe prostřednictvím řízených rozhovorů a na jejich základě navrhuje konkrétní možnosti využití zámku Březina. |

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with unused immovable heritage sites and the possibilities of their appreciation. The thesis deals specifically with the Březina Castle in the Rokycany region. It describes the reasons for the disuse of heritage sites and identifies possible sources of public funding for their restoration. It evaluates the historical, economic and cultural value of Chateau Březina. Through guided interviews it analyses examples of good practice and on their basis proposes specific possibilities for the use of Chateau Březina. |
