| Abstract: | Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na skúmanie a vylepšenie prístupov tím líderky Banskobystrického festivalu The Legits Blast na základe porovnania s festivalom Atmosféra. Práca je uskutočnená prostredníctvom kombinácie kvalitatívnych rozhovorov s kvantitatívnym dotazníkovým šetrením. Vylepšenie prístupu k dobrovoľníkom zo strany tím líderky je odôvodnené frekventovanou zmenou osôb na tejto pozícií počas fungovania festivalu. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor's thesis focuses on examining and improving the approaches of the team leader of the festival The Legits Blast based in Banská Bystrica, based on a comparison with the Atmosféra festival. The work is carried out through a combination of qualitative interviews with quantitative questionnaire research. The improvement of the approach to volunteers by the team leader is justified by the frequent change of persons in this position during the functioning of the festival. |
