Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané poradenské společnosti. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit aktuální postupy v oblasti náboru, identifikovat jejich přednosti a nedostatky a navrhnout konkrétní doporučení ke zvýšení efektivity. Teoretická část shrnuje klíčové fáze náboru, včetně moderních trendů, jako je využití digitálních nástrojů či budování značky zaměstnavatele. Praktická část vychází z polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s HR specialistkou a přináší vhled do reálného fungování procesu ve firmě. Na základě zjištění jsou formulována opatření zaměřená na zlepšení výběrového řízení a adaptační fáze zaměstnanců. |

This bachelor thesis focuses on the recruitment and selection process in a selected consulting company. The main objective is to evaluate the current recruitment practices, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and propose specific recommendations for improvement. The theoretical part summarizes key stages of the recruitment process, including modern trends such as the use of digital tools and employer branding. The practical part is based on a semi-structured interview with an HR specialist and provides insight into the actual functioning of the process within the company. Based on the findings, the thesis formulates proposals aimed at improving both the selection process and employee onboarding. |
