Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou ekonomických přínosů a rizik Zelené dohody pro Evropu (European Green Deal) se zaměřením na dopady na český energetický sektor v období let 2025–2030. Teoretická část shrnuje hlavní ekonomické přístupy k udržitelnosti a představuje institucionální rámec klimatické politiky Evropské unie. Praktická část se zaměřuje na transformační proces v české energetice, zejména z hlediska investic do obnovitelných zdrojů energie, dopadů na zaměstnanost, strukturálních výzev a geopolitických rizik. Pomocí SWOT analýzy, scénářů vývoje a mezinárodního srovnání práce hodnotí, zda přínosy Zelené dohody převažují nad jejími náklady. Výsledky ukazují, že při správném nastavení podpůrných politik a koordinaci mezi veřejným a soukromým sektorem může být Zelená dohoda ekonomicky přínosná i pro průmyslově orientovanou zemi, jako je Česká republika. |

This bachelor thesis analyzes the economic benefits and risks of the European Green Deal, with a focus on its impact on the Czech energy sector in the period 2025–2030. The theoretical part outlines key economic approaches to sustainability and presents the institutional framework of the European Union’s climate policy. The practical part examines the transformation of the Czech energy sector, particularly in terms of investments in renewable energy sources, effects on employment, structural challenges, and geopolitical risks. Using SWOT analysis, development scenarios, and international comparison, the thesis evaluates whether the benefits of the Green Deal outweigh its costs. The findings suggest that, under well-designed support policies and effective coordination between the public and private sectors, the Green Deal can be economically advantageous even for an industry-oriented country such as the Czech Republic. |
