Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní analýzou vlivu kohezní politiky Evropské unie na financování inkluzivního vzdělávání v České republice v programových obdobích 2014–2020 a 2021–2027. Cílem práce bylo identifikovat klíčové rozdíly v přístupech a alokaci finančních prostředků, s důrazem na inkluzivní vzdělávací politiku podporovanou z operačních programů „Výzkum, vývoj a vzdělávání“ (OP VVV) a „Jan Amos Komenský“ (OP JAK). Práce nabízí přehled změn ve financování, prioritách a implementačních nástrojích a přispívá k hlubšímu porozumění vývoji evropské podpory inkluze ve vzdělávání. Zásadním přínosem této práce je detailní porovnání konkrétních výzev realizovaných v prvních třech letech obou obdobích. Analýza propojuje teoretická východiska kohezní politiky s jejich praktickým uplatněním v oblasti vzdělávání a zasazuje je do kontextu ekonomických teorií růstu a lidského kapitálu. Výzkum prokázal rostoucí význam inkluzivního vzdělávání v rámci evropských strukturálních fondů, přičemž období 2021–2027 vykazuje vyšší míru strategického zaměření i finanční podpory ve srovnání s předchozím obdobím. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor's thesis focuses on a comparative analysis of the impact of the European Union's cohesion policy on the financing of inclusive education in the Czech Republic during the programming periods 2014–2020 and 2021–2027. The aim of the thesis was to identify key differences in approaches and financial allocations, with an emphasis on inclusive education policy supported by the operational programmes “Research, Development and Education” (OP RDE) and “Johannes Amos Comenius” (OP JAC). The thesis provides an overview of changes in funding, priorities, and implementation tools, contributing to a deeper understanding of the development of European support for inclusion in education. A major contribution of this work is a detailed comparison of specific calls implemented during the first three years of both periods. The analysis links the theoretical foundations of Cohesion Policy with their practical application in the field of education and places them within the context of economic theories of growth and human capital. The research has demonstrated the growing importance of inclusive education within European structural funds, with the 2021–2027 period showing a higher degree of strategic focus and financial support compared to the previous period. |
