Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparativní analýzou vzdělávacích systémů Finska a České republiky se zaměřením na připravenost absolventů pro trh práce k roku 2025. Při zpracovávání práce se vycházelo z teorie lidského kapitálu a zkoumá souvislosti mezi strukturou vzdělávacího systému, jeho kvalitou a následnou uplatnitelností absolventů. Na základě dat, zejména z OECD a Eurostatu, jsou identifikovány hlavní faktory úspěšnosti finského vzdělávacího systému, mezi které patří rovný přístup ke vzdělávání, důraz na kvalitu učitelů a efektivní propojení vzdělávání s praxí. Práce přináší návrhy na zlepšení českého systému vzdělávání v oblasti podpory učitelů a omezení nerovností. Hlavním přínosem práce je poukázání na aplikovatelné prvky finského modelu v českém prostředí, s cílem zvýšit konkurenceschopnost českých absolventů na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis presents a comparative analysis of the educational systems of Finland and the Czech Republic, with a focus on graduate readiness for the labor market in 2025. The thesis is based on the theory of human capital and examines the relationship between the structure and quality of education systems and the subsequent employability of graduates. Using data primarily from the OECD and Eurostat, the thesis identifies key success factors of the Finnish education system, including equal access to education, emphasis on teacher quality, and effective integration of education with practical experience. The thesis offers proposals for improving the Czech education system, particularly in the areas of teacher support and reducing inequalities. Its main contribution lies in identifying applicable elements of the Finnish model within the Czech context, with the aim of enhancing the competitiveness of Czech graduates in the labor market. |
