Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou přirozené míry nezaměstnanosti v zemích Visegrádské skupiny (Česká republika, Maďarsko, Polsko a Slovensko) v období po roce 2000. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda se nezaměstnanost v těchto zemích chová v souladu s teorií přirozené míry nezaměstnanosti, nebo zda je přítomna hystereze – tedy dlouhodobé setrvání zvýšené nezaměstnanosti po ekonomických šocích. V práci je využita empirická analýza a testování přítomnosti jednotkového kořene. Výsledky ukazují rozdíly mezi jednotlivými zeměmi a naznačují, že vývoj nezaměstnanosti nelze zcela vysvětlit pouze standardní teorií přirozené míry nezaměstnanosti. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis examines the natural rate of unemployment in the Visegrád Group countries (Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia, Poland) during the period after 2000. The main objective is to determine whether unemployment in these countries behaves in accordance with the theory of the natural rate of unemployment, or whether there is evidence of hysteresis—that is, a long-term persistence of elevated unemployment following economic shocks. This thesis applies empirical analysis using and conducts tests for the presence of a unit root. The findings reveal differences among the countries and suggest that the development of unemployment cannot be fully explained by the standard theory of the natural rate of unemployment. |
