Práce se zaměřuje na vývoj migrace ve Francii v letech 2013 až 2023 a její dopad na pracovní trh a sociální služby. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit proměnu demografické struktury migrantů, jejich motivaci k příchodu a úroveň začlenění do zaměstnání a systému sociální podpory. Analýza čerpá z dat INSEE a Eurostatu, přičemž se opírá o vybrané teoretické přístupy, zejména duální teorii trhu práce, novou ekonomii migrace, teorii migračních sítí a institucionální přístup. Praktická část je rozdělena do čtyř tematických celků, které se věnují demografickému vývoji migrace, postavení migrantů na pracovním trhu, sociálním dopadům migrace a doporučením zaměřeným na zlepšení podmínek jejich integrace. Výsledky ukazují, že migranti dlouhodobě vykazují nižší míru zaměstnanosti než domácí populace, přičemž největší rozdíly se objevují u žen a mladých lidí. Zaměstnanost migrantů souvisí zejména s dosaženým vzděláním, migrační motivací a regionálním původem. V sociální oblasti se potvrzuje jejich vyšší míra zranitelnosti, především v oblasti chudoby, závislosti na podpoře a přístupu ke službám. Přesto Francie disponuje nástroji, které mohou integraci migrantů účinně podporovat, pokud jsou správně nastaveny. Práce přináší propojení teoretických konceptů s reálnými poznatky z francouzského prostředí a může sloužit jako podklad pro další výzkum nebo tvorbu migrační politiky. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis focuses on the development of migration in France between 2013 and 2023 and its impact on the labor market and social services. Its aim is to assess the changing demographic structure of migrants, their motivation for coming to France, and their level of integration into employment and the social support system. The analysis draws on data from INSEE and Eurostat, and is based on selected theoretical approaches, in particular the dual labor market theory, the new economics of migration, migration network theory, and the institutional approach. The practical part is divided into four thematic sections focusing on demographic developments in migration, the position of migrants in the labor market, the social impacts of migration, and recommendations aimed at improving the conditions for their integration. The results show that migrants have long-term lower employment rates than the native population, with the largest differences found among women and young people. Migrant employment is mainly related to educational attainment, migration motivation, and regional origin. In the social domain, their higher vulnerability is confirmed, particularly in terms of poverty, dependence on benefits, and access to services. Nevertheless, France has tools that can effectively support the integration of migrants if they are properly implemented. This thesis links theoretical concepts with real-life findings from the French context and can serve as a basis for further research or the development of migration policy. |
