Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření společnosti Sportovní areály města Chrudim, s.r.o. za období 2019-2023. V teoretické části je vymezena právní úprava společnosti s ručením omezeným a účetnictví tohoto typu obchodní korporace s důrazem na specifika v účetnictví společností, jejichž hlavní činností je správa sportovišť a poskytování služeb v oblasti sportu. V praktické části je v první části představena analyzovaná společnost a jednotlivá sportoviště. Následuje samotná analýza účetních závěrek, rozvah, plánovaných rozpočtů, položek výkazů zisku a ztráty s důrazem na dotace (za společnost jako celek i za jednotlivá střediska), a to za vybrané roky. Na základě analýzy hospodaření jsou vyvozeny závěry o hospodářské situaci společnosti a navržena doporučení za účelem zlepšení hospodaření společnosti. |

| Abstract: |
The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the management of the company Sportovní areály města Chrudim, s.r.o. for the period 2019-2023. The theoretical part defines the legal regulation of limited liability companies and accounting of this type of business corporation with emphasis on the specifics of accounting of companies whose main activity is the management of sports facilities and the provision of services in the field of sports. In the practical part, the first part introduces the analysed company and individual sports facilities. This is followed by the actual analysis of the financial statements, balance sheets, planned budgets, profit and loss account items, with an emphasis on subsidies (for the company as a whole and for individual centres) for selected years. On the basis of the analysis of the management, conclusions are drawn on the economic situation of the company and recommendations are proposed to improve the company's management. |
