| Abstract: |
Práce srovnává systémy podpor v nezaměstnanosti v ČR a ve Španělsku v roce 2023. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní rozdíly pasivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve sledovaných zemích a poukázat na odlišnosti v podmínkách poskytování podpor v nezaměstnanosti včetně délky trvání, výše sociálních benefitů a požadované aktivity žadatelů o práci. Diplomová práce vyhodnocuje míru štědrosti sociálních dávek v jednotlivých zemích, jejich dopad na celkovou dobu trvání nezaměstnanosti a úroveň výdajů vynakládaných na pasivní politiku zaměstnanosti. Dílčím cílem práce je komparace systémů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti ve zkoumaných zemích. |

| Abstract: |
The thesis compares unemployment benefit systems in the Czech Republic and Spain in 2023. The aim of the thesis is to identify the main differences in passive employment policies and to point out differences in the conditions for providing unemployment benefits, including duration, amount of social benefits and required activity of jobseekers. The thesis evaluates the level of generosity of social benefits in each country, their impact on the total duration of unemployment and the level of expenditure on passive employment policies. A partial objective of the thesis is to compare active employment policy systems in the Czech Republic and Spain. |
