| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je posouzení finančního zdraví společnosti mBank S.A., organizační složka v letech 2018 až 2023 a porovnání její finanční situace s celkovým trhem a ostatními pobočkami zahraničních bank. První část této práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům, podstatě a slabým stránkám finanční analýzy a popisů jednotlivých finančních ukazatelů. Další část se zabývá představením analyzované společnosti a analýze celého českého bankovního trhu. Třetí a hlavní část této práce zahrnuje samotnou finanční analýzu mBank S.A., organizační složka včetně porovnání vybraných ukazatelů s konkurencí a trhem jako celkem. Výsledky porovnání jsou shrnuty v části Spider analýzy pomocí pavučinových grafů pro jednotlivé roky. Na základě dosažených výsledků finanční analýzy jsou vyvozeny závěry o finanční situaci analyzované společnosti v daném období. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is aimed to assess financial situation of mBank S.A., organizační složka for the years 2018 – 2023 and to compare it with the overall market and other branches of foreign banks. The first part of the thesis is devoted to theoretical takeaways, the essence and weaknesses of financial analysis and description of various financial ratios. The next part deals with the introduction of the analyzed company and the analysis of the whole Czech banking market. The third part, which is the main part of this thesis, includes the core of financial analysis of mBank S.A., organizační složka, including the comparison with chosen competitors and the whole market. The results of the analysis are summarized using spider graphs for each year. Based on the results of the financial analysis achieved, there are conclusions made about the financial situation of the analyzed company in the given period. |
