| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu práce a dohod konaných mimo pracovní poměr v porovnání s ostatními typy pracovních vztahů, a to s ohledem na realizované změny v legislativě platné pro rok 2024. Cílem práce je posoudit, jakým způsobem tyto změny ovlivní preference uzavírání dohod o provedení práce a dohod o pracovní činnosti na trhu práce. Práce se zabývá zátěží pro zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance a také na náklady spojené se zaměstnáváním prostřednictvím těchto dohod, odlišnosti v odměňování a poskytování benefitů. V rámci analýzy jsou zohledněny právní a ekonomické důsledky, které z těchto změn vyplývají pro účastníky pracovního trhu. Výsledky praktické části ukazují, že na trhu práce, prostřednictvím chaotických a neucelených legislativních změn, dojde k nesouladu na trhu práce. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of the labour market concerning agreements performed outside an employment relationship in comparison with other types of employment arrangements, taking into account the legislative changes implemented for the year 2024. The aim of the thesis is to assess how these changes affect the preference for concluding agreements to perform work and agreements to complete a job in the labour market. The thesis examines the burden on employers and employees, focusing on the costs associated with employment through these agreements, differences in remuneration, and the provision of benefits. The analysis takes into consideration the legal and economic consequences resulting from these changes for various participants in the labour market. The results of the practical part show that chaotic and inconsistent legislative changes lead to imbalances in the labour market. |
