Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou možností úspor ve školách v souvislosti s připravovanou legislativní změnou, která stanovuje minimální počet dětí a žáků pro zachování právní subjektivity školy. Cílem je prostřednictvím případové studie obce Žebrák posoudit možnost sdílení nepedagogických pracovníků a služeb mezi školskými zařízeními. V teoretické části je popsána stávající i navrhovaná legislativa a systém financování škol. Praktická část využívá kvantitativní data z účetních výkazů za rok 2024 a kvalitativní rozhovory s vedením škol. Na základě analýzy byly navrženy tři varianty sdílení nepedagogických pracovníků. Výsledky ukazují, že sdílení těchto pozic může být ekonomicky efektivní, pokud jsou zohledněna specifika jednotlivých škol. Rozhovory zároveň poukazují na nutnost individuálního přístupu a upozorňují na možná provozní a organizační rizika. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor’s thesis analyzes potential cost-saving measures in schools in relation to a proposed legislative change that establishes a minimum number of children and pupils required for a school to retain its legal status. The aim is to assess, through a case study of the municipality of Žebrák, the feasibility of sharing non-teaching staff and services among educational institutions. The theoretical part outlines both the current and proposed legislation, as well as the school funding system. The practical part draws on quantitative data from 2024 financial statements and qualitative interviews with school management. Based on the analysis, three models of sharing non-teaching staff are proposed. The results suggest that such sharing can be economically efficient, provided the specific characteristics of each school are considered. The interviews also emphasize the need for an individualized approach and highlight potential operational and organizational risks. |
