Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou financování sportu z veřejných zdrojů v kraji Vysočina v letech 2019 – 2023. Cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní zdroje financování, vyhodnotit přidělování finančních prostředků mezi jednotlivé sportovní organizace a analyzovat efektivitu jejich využití. Efektivita bude měřena z perspektivy teorie lidského kapitálu, která zdůrazňuje, že investice do sportu přináší nejen fyzické, ale i psychologické benefity. Analýza vychází z dostupných dat krajského úřadu. |

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the analysis of sports funding from public sources in the Vysočina Region during the years 2019 – 2023. The aim of this thesis is to identify the main sources of funding, evaluate the allocation of financial resources among individual sports organizations, and analyze the effectivness of their use. Effectivness will be measured from perspective of human capital theory, which emphasizes that investment in sports brings not only physical but also psychological benefits. The analysis is based on available data from the regional authority. |
