| Abstract: |
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a komparaci náhradového poměru v České republice a Nizozemsku v období 2014–2024. Náhradový poměr jako klíčový indikátor adekvátnosti důchodového systému představuje významný faktor při tvorbě jeho udržitelnosti v dlouhodobém horizont. V práci jsou porovnávány různé faktory ovlivňující vývoj tohoto ukazatele, včetně demografických změn, makroekonomických podmínek a institucionálních reforem důchodových systémů. Na základě kvantitativní analýzy a srovnání klíčových ukazatelů důchodových politik obou zemí jsou identifikovány jejich silné a slabé stránky. Výsledky analýzy přispívají k hlubšímu pochopení významu náhradového poměru jako nástroje pro hodnocení důchodové politiky a její udržitelnosti. |

| Abstract: |
This bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis and comparison of the replacement ratio in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands for the period 2014–2024. The replacement ratio is a key indicator of pension system adequacy and its long-term sustainability. The thesis compares various factors influencing the development of this indicator, including demographic changes, macroeconomic conditions, and institutional pension system reforms. Based on a quantitative analysis and comparison of key pension policy indicators in both countries, their strengths and weaknesses are identified. The results of the analysis contribute to a deeper understanding of the importance of the replacement ratio as a tool for evaluating pension policy and its sustainability. |
