| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou systému plánů a rozpočtů ve společnosti benaSONET, s.r.o. V teoretické části je představena problematika plánování a rozpočtování, včetně základních pojmů. Na základě představené teorie je v praktické části rozebrán současný stav systému ve společnosti a následně je navržena optimalizace ke zvýšení jeho efektivity. |

Based on the presented theory, the practical part examines the current state of the system in the company, followed by a proposal for optimization aimed at increasing its efficiency. |
